FAQ
FAQ
1. How do you guarantee the quality of translation and delivery time for your customers?

We provide you with a double guarantee of quality and delivery time.

First of all, as it stipulated in our General Terms of Sale: if there are parts of the translation that do not meet your requirements, we will modify them as fast as possible.

In case of late delivery, we will save you 100% of the translation cost.

You normally will not have to pay in advance, the payment is required after you have received the final translated version of your document(s).

2. How do I count the words in my document?

If it is a WordⓇ document, use the "Word Count" function in the Tools menu.

Otherwise, if the document is in another format (print, HTML, PHP, ASP, etc.), send us the file by e-mail. We will count the words for you and send you a cost estimate as soon as possible.

3. Can you translate a website?

Of course. Our website translation service involves two aspects: language translation and website technology processing.

Our translation services include the translation of web pages (HTML pages), menu translations (main menu, submenus, footers, etc.), navigation elements translations (buttons, etc.), picture and ad translations, metadata translation, descriptive tags, and precise translation for the hyperlink titles.

We can even work directly in the source code of your website. On request, we can also upload your files directly online, ready for navigation.

4. How much does a translation cost?

Rates vary, according to the length, difficulty and format of your texts. Our average price to date has been around 0.08 € per source word (around 18 € per page). For more information, you can consult our page on Translation Rates.

5. When will the job be delivered?

Our average delivery times are as follows:

Up to 500 words - 8 hours

500 to 2,000 words - 36 hours

over 2,000 words - 1,500 words per day & per person

We also provide an urgent service for rush jobs; our team can work all together on a project to adapt to your deadline.

6. Can you translate a 300-page brochure/manual in 3 days?

Normally, yes. We can have 10 translators working at the same time to complete a document translation task. We have previously managed projects that required an output of 20,000 words (approximately 130 pages) per day, always under the premise of high quality.

7. How do I pay?

We accept the following payment methods: Bank transfer, Check, PayPal, Alipay, and Wechat transfer.

8. When do I need to pay?

Invoices must be paid within 7 days of receipt of the translated document, unless agreed otherwise. When you receive your translation, you also get an electronic invoice with payment details and instructions. For large jobs, we can ask for a 30% deposit of the total tariff, and the client will have a maximum of 1 month to pay the rest.
